Cody Tyler Kintner

Cody Tyler Kintner, born on February 4, 1999, in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home in Randleman, North Carolina, on January 13, 2026, at the age of 26.

Cody was the beloved son of Nicholas Donald Kintner, Jr. and Jennifer Grant Kintner Gaines. He received his formal education at Ledford High School in Thomasville, NC. Cody was known for his love of the outdoors, spending much of his time enjoying fishing, hunting, and off-roading.

He is preceded in death by his dear sister, Taylor Danielle Kintner; his grandfather, Danny Carl Grant; and his uncle, Laymon Cruthis.

Cody is survived by his loving parents, Jennifer Grant Gaines and her husband Lee, and Nicholas D. Kintner, Jr. and his wife Brittany. He leaves behind his cherished brothers, Noah James Fisher and Colt James Myatt. Cody's memory will also be held dear by his grandparents, Steve and Sheila Herman, and Pamela Loreese Smith.

A gathering to celebrate the life of Cody will take place at a later date to be announced. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to the family's heart.

Cody will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
